Material type of button
Button materials can be roughly divided into plastic (resin, plastic), metal button (copper, iron, alloy), natural button (shell, wood, coconut shell, bamboo). All kinds of materials need to be made into buttons, and the process is different. Some buttons look the same, and even the industry people can not see clearly with their eyes, so damage can only be distinguished by scraping the coat.
Buttons can be divided into plastic buttons and resin buttons, plastic buttons and resin buttons. Plastic (including all kinds of plastic) buttons are generally die-cast, so there will be a line on the edge of the button. This line may be removed by some factories in subsequent processing, but its weight will be lighter than resin (of course, some special plastic will be heavier). The resin button is mechanically carved and then polished, so the surface has no full mold line and is very smooth. But it is fragile and its surface is easy to scratch. It will become soft when put in boiling water.
